Yin, Restorative & Nidra

Hatha Slow Flow

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with breath in a flowing sequence creating a sense of meditation in motion. The class may be by dynamic fostering heat and strength, or it may be a slower flow with an emphasis on mobility and flexibility of the spine and hips. Classes may be sequenced around a peak pose such as back bends, or they might focus on a particular theme such as self-compassion or an aspect of yoga philosophy. While some previous yoga experience may be beneficial, none is required to attend a Vinyasa class.
Kids Yoga
Discover the joy of Kids Yoga! Our fun-filled classes blend age-appropriate poses, interactive games, and creative activities to nurture flexibility, strength, and balance.
